“The Nepalese Registry has released the Industrial Property Bulletin Vol. 19 Number 02 on March 18, 2025, Tuesday, in accordance with section 18 (1) of the Patent, Design, and Trademark Act 2022.
According to the bulletin, if no opposition is received within the 90-day period, the applied trademarks will be registered.
